Before operating a business in Dunedin for two years, Mark and his wife, Christine did something truly adventurous. They moved 12,000 miles around the globe from the UK to settle in Dunedin because they fell in love with the city and its people. We believe that such spirit is a critical ingredient in the makeup of a successful sales consultant, as is the ability to have successfully run your own business previously. On a recent visit to Dunedin, to purchase a property for our Grand-daughter we had the pleasure of doing business with Mark Ford .It was certainly through no fault of his that we withdrew our offer.. Yet he still went beyond the realms of duty to help us. With no benefit to himself he took us all around Dunedin, showing us where to, and where not to buy. At 82yrs of age we have bought and sold numerous properties in our lifetimes [Appr.21 in all] yet we have never had such a gentleman, helpful, and utterly honest land agent to deal with anywhere.
