When you deal with Living Corporation’s South Otago agent Katrina Garside you are dealing with someone who is local through and through – a local with a great knowledge and love for her area.
Katrina has always been deeply involved in her community, at one stage running a 210 acre sheep farm with her husband, as well as managing the local Shell service station.

Throughout the entire process we found Katrina to be both proactive and positive.  As you will appreciate the "sale process" can be both draining and disheartening at times.  At stages our enthusiasm may have waned slightly but Katrina managed to put a positive spin on things at opportune times.

Katrina followed up potential buyers and relayed their feedback to us which we regarded as important...it kept us in the loop and, at the end of the day, this ultimately resulted in the sale of our home!

Six weeks ago we moved into our new house and wanted to write to you about your agent in Balclutha
Katrina Garside, what a wonderful person, nothing was too much trouble, all our questions were answered promptly and if Katrina didn’t know the answer she soon found it. Both she and her PA Karen went the extra mile (or should that be a kilometer) to sell our house so we could move here. In fact they felt more like friends then estate agents, and should we ever get the urge to move again we wouldn’t hesitate to have Katrina as our agent again. We were very pleasantly surprised by the Kiwiana basket of goodies we received on completion – a lovely touch which were enjoyed.

I’d recommend Katrina to anybody needing to sell their property, so a big “thank you” from us both.
